We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good, going out of their way to assist us. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and attractions.

One area of improvement could be the cleanliness of the floors, as mentioned in one of the reviews. It would be beneficial for the hotel to ensure that the floors are thoroughly vacuumed, including under the furniture, to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the rooms.

loved our stay at a hotel in vienna, but pakat suites was even better! staff so kind, played with our daughter and fulfilled our needs. room clean, big, had crib. bathroom huge, clean, and nice. recommend this hotel anytime!

Clean, modern suites with 2 separate TV areas. Well-designed bathrooms with luxurious shower and separate toilet. Quiet location near Belvedere. Helpful check-in staff with great local dining recommendations.

The hotel's room amenities were truly luxurious, from the spacious walk-in wardrobe to the comfortable sofa and bath tub for two. the staff's service was impeccable, making this venue seem like an excellent choice for business meetings. We appreciated the rain shower and the small refrigerator, as well as the professional demeanor of the employees.

While the location was quiet, it was a bit out of the way for us, requiring a ten-minute walk to the nearest metro station. the view from our windows was unimpressive, looking out at the neighboring apartment block.
